Capitalising on Trends

We Care Staffing Solutions is poised to grow by addressing trends in health care, aged care, and disability services. Disability support services – the NDIS workforce has more than doubled since 2016. In 2023, some 325,000 workers across a diverse range of occupations and settings support NDIS participants, their families and carers. To fully meet demand, the NDIS workforce needs to grow by 40%, or 128,000 workers, to June 2025. Demand is also growing across the wider sector –disability, aged care, and veterans’ care. By 2049-50, demand for care and support workers is projected to double – at this point, almost 1 in 20 jobs are expected to be in the sector.[1]

Governments are supporting training and development to meet this growing demand. Victoria’s Keeping Our Sector Strong is a $26 million workforce plan for the NDIS that will give disability workers an opportunity to grow their skills and be eligible for more roles. The program also focuses on boosting regional readiness for NDIS delivery.

As a National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) provider, We Care Staffing Solutions is strongly placed to meet the growth in demand for these services, including in the regional areas we serve.

Nurses are the largest health profession in Australia, comprising over 40% of the health workforce. They provide high-quality care and perform key functions across all health and aged care service settings in metropolitan, regional, rural, and remote areas. Through 2026, nursing is expected to grow strongly, with registered nursing employment predicted to grow by 13.9%, ranking it third among all professions in Australia.

The original core business of We Care Staffing Solution is nursing agency services. With over 10 years of experience, we have mastered providing diverse nursing services to various
healthcare organizations.

Growth & Expansion

Australia’s population growth, increase in the aging population and growth in government spending in this sector present an opportunity for WCSS to fill the void in providing staff to assist with healthcare staffing for all ages, as well as to look to maintain and secure ongoing contracts with government agencies.

With increased demand, we aim to expand geographically and open new premises. We believe the best and most consistent way for us to expand our business is through investment/ partnership with like minded individuals.

The Territories

These are key indicators such as:

  • Total Population within that territory
  • Number of Hospitals
  • Number of residential aged acre facilities

We release territories only when we are ready and in line with our expansion plans.

To find out the current available territories at any given time, please contact our Corporate Growth manager Ben on 0431 727 004 or emailing partnership@wecarestaffingonline.com.au.

Investment Overview

Each territory has forecasted revenue and a pre-determined valuation, ranging from $300,000 to $900,000. Based on these valuations, we are seeking a minimum investment of $150,000. The investment amount against the pre-determined valuation will determine the partnership split.

For example, if the valuation is $600,000 and the investment amount is $150,000, the investor will be entitled to 25% of the business and profits out of that territory. Full profit and loss statements for territories will be distributed, and profits will be paid quarterly.

Apart from capital investment, the successful investor will:

  • Bring their energy to the role. As such, based on your circumstances, we have options to be employed by the business in a position that suits your skills and experience and suitability to one of our many functional roles and draw a salary for that role. We want investors to be part of the team and grow to become the face of WCSS for their territory.
  • Have good presentation and personable skills. The key role of the employee partner will be managing the relationships with staff (recruitment and retention) and clients (client liaison).

Investors do not need:

  • Industry experience, although it is advantageous
  • Formal healthcare qualifications, as we have all these ourselves.

WCSS brings:

  • Highly experienced management and staff to support your investment
  • A proven track record in successful expansion through new services and locations
  • A diversified range of services that provides financial protection against industry changes
  • Full support in achieving territory goals
  • The application of advanced technology to maximize productivity and customer satisfaction
