    What Are Home Care Packages

Home Care Packages are a form of government-subsidised aged care funding that help older Australians receive personalised support at home. These packages are designed for people who need more than just occasional help and want to remain in their own home while receiving the care they need.

Each Home Care Package is tailored to meet your specific needs, goals, and preferences — whether that’s help with housework, personal care, meal preparation, health services, or social support.

There are four levels of Home Care Packages, ranging from basic care needs (Level 1) to high-level, complex care needs (Level 4). The funding is paid by the government to your chosen provider — and you have the power to decide how it’s used.

At WCSS, we are committed to offering high-quality, personalized Home Care Packages that support older Australians in living independently. We focus on each individual’s unique needs and preferences, ensuring that our services empower you to live comfortably and with dignity at home.

Our compassionate team listens to your needs and creates a care plan that helps you maintain your independence and overall well-being. Our approach is built on trust, transparency, and collaboration with you and your family
