Choice and control are foundational principles at We Care. We offer a comprehensive range of services tailored to meet the diverse needs of individuals under the NDIS (National Disability Insurance Scheme):

  • Assistance in Coordinating or Managing Life Stages, Transitions and Supports (0106): Helps manage life transitions and stages by coordinating supports and services.
  • Assistance with Daily Personal Activities High (0104 and 0107): Provides support with personal care tasks for individuals needing higher levels of assistance.
  • Assistance with Travel and Transport Arrangements (0108): Supports with planning and navigating travel and transport options.
  • Community Nursing Care for High Needs (0114): Provides specialized nursing care for individuals with complex health needs in their homes.
  • Daily Life Tasks in a Group or Shared Living Arrangement (0115): Assists with daily tasks in group or shared accommodation settings.
  • Development of Daily Living and Life Skills (0117): Focuses on improving daily living skills like cooking, budgeting, and social interaction.
  • Household Tasks (0120): Assists with household chores such as cleaning and maintenance.
  • Participate in Community, Social and Civic Activities (0125): Supports engagement in community activities and social events.
  • Innovative Community Participation (0116): Encourages involvement in innovative community programs promoting skill development and inclusion.

 

 

We Care Staffing Solutions is registered to supply the following NDIS core support services:

Assistance with Daily Life Tasks in a Group or Shared Living Arrangement

Assisting with or supervising daily living tasks to develop skills of participants with complex care needs, and help them to live as autonomously as possible within their shared environment.

Innovative Community Participation

Facilitating increased social and community participation and involvement, and (if applicable) employment opportunities.

Development of Daily Living and Life Skills

A broad category which includes public transport training and support and developing skills for social, community, and recreational participation and involvement. Also includes training for carers looking after people with disability. Please also see the information on Supported Independent Living (SIL) below.

Household Tasks

Assistance with a range of household and garden tasks, including cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation.

Participate in Community, Social and Civic Activities

Assisting participants to engage in a range of community, social and recreational activities.

We are also registered to deliver the following complex nursing care services:

  • Enteral (naso-gastric, jejunum or duodenum) feeding and management.
  • Tracheostomy management
  • Urinary catheter management (indwelling, in and out, and suprapubic catheters).
